Commit shortcut in Eclipse

Problem:
In a vanilla installation of Eclipse + Subclipse, some of the team keyboard shortcuts, such as Commit (SVN), no longer works.
Solution:
Windows->Customize Perspective
Under the tab "Command Groups Availability", check "SVN".
